AS Basics Pack V.0.08.00

Very excited to contribute this project, which only exists because sharing .txt notetags is no longer possible in MV. Still in need of some polish, but usable as is. A few things I plan on doing in future updates:

• Add a set of ranged attacks.
• Other various attacks/variations added.
• Make sure the notes are consistent and accurate.
• Adjust a few sequences so they work just as well in larger resolutions.
• Small spacing/timing adjustments.

A version with plugins and sample troop showcasing the attacks.
